East-West Music & Dance Festival

Experience the universal language of the arts at the 6th Annual East-West Music & Dance Festival in Tampa Bay. This family-friendly, all-day event bridges cultural divides with vibrant global performances, from African drumming to Flamenco, plus food vendors, multicultural activities, and a kids' area. Items Included: Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, banners, tents, and other setup materials.
Tent Size: Tents or canopies must not exceed 10’x10’. Contact the Shruti Foundation if additional space is required.

Setup Deadline: Exhibition space must be fully set up by 12 PM.
Materials: Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary setup and promotional materials.
Note: The Shruti Foundation will not provide tables, chairs, tents, or tent weights.
Breakdown: The exhibition space must remain intact until 7:00 PM.

Food Trucks & Food Vendors: $275 (one-time, non-refundable).
Hard Goods Vendors (crafts, clothing, artwork): $150 (one-time, non-refundable).
Service Vendors (massage, henna): $175 (one-time, non-refundable).
Nonprofit Vendors: $125 (one-time donation)
